Handsomest guy ever!

Worries weigh heavy on the mind

My grandparents on my Dad's side watched us during the summer when we were little and we used to have sleepovers at their house all the time.  My childhood would have been vastly different had it not been for my grandparents helping to take care of us.  And now that my grandma is home from the hospital, post-stroke, I feel horrible that I cannot provide the same care for her that she provided for me.  Any physical and occupational therapy progress she made seems a distant memory; she isn't using her weak arm to do stuff and is dragging her weak leg, at best.  I want to do more and be there to help care for her but I am physically unable to move her to her chair or help her to the restroom.  I feel horrible about this.  My grandma dressed us, bathed us, fed us and I want to do at least that for her and I can't and it breaks my heart.  I worry about her being home, whether that is the best place for her to be.  I worry that my grandpa is going to hurt himself trying to help her and then what? I worry that we brought her home from the hospital just to see her get hurt.  I just worry.
